QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

The objective of our company’s quality and environmental policy is to consolidate this reality by continuously improving service and attention to our customers’ requirements, while controlling and minimizing environmental impacts during the manufacturing, assembly, and marketing of accessories for double glazing.

Management controls and confirms all system documentation and notifies all personnel working for or on behalf of the organization of the obligation to follow all instructions derived from this process to achieve the highest quality guarantee we can offer and the greatest environmental respect.

Although the coordination and execution of the necessary actions for Quality assurance and environmental respect are delegated to the responsible party, the ultimate responsibility to achieve it falls on Management, which guarantees the necessary human, technical, and economic resources to attain these goals.

Management has decided to adopt a Quality and Environmental Policy based on the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 standards, generalized across all areas of the company, aiming at the same time to:

– Satisfy the explicit and implicit needs of customers regarding the products we manufacture and the services we offer.

– Optimize available means and resources to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the company and improve environmental performance.

– Motivate and satisfy personnel working for or on behalf of the organization in developing their abilities and knowledge, aimed at their personal development and awareness of Quality and Environmental aspects.

–Commit to comply with applicable legal requirements and other requirements the organization subscribes to, striving to achieve our objectives of continuous protection and improvement of the environment and quality within our business activity.

– Commit to continuous improvement and prevention of pollution generated by our activities, conducting more exhaustive monitoring of the activities and/or infrastructures most critical to the environment.

– Consider identified environmental aspects to contribute to minimizing environmental pollution and degradation.

– Recognize that the final Quality of the product and service provided to the customer is the result of planned and systematic actions of PREVENTION, DETECTION, CORRECTION, AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT throughout the entire cycle, setting annual improvement objectives for them.
